At LTX Sportswear, we want you to shop with confidence.

Returns Accepted Within 7 Days

Customers may return any items from an order, no questions asked, provided that:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the original shipment date

  • Items are in original condition

  • Items show no signs of wear, tear, washing, or damage

  • Items have not been altered in any way

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

Return Shipping

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return label along with instructions for sending the items back.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains

  • Have no stretching, alterations, or modifications

  • Be in resalable condition

Items that do not meet these standards may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Processing & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment (or as store credit, if wholesale terms apply)

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after receipt

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
